    SWOT analiza (SWOT matrica) je metod za planiranje. Naziv je akronim od Snage, Slabosti, Prilike, Pretnje (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) što su i elementi koji se analiziraju. Ova analiza se može sprovesti za kompaniju, tržište, industriju ili osobu.
