ABOUT THE PROGRAM

We are looking for talented, ambitious, and hard-working final-year students, graduates, or everyone with little or no work experience who wants to redirect or start their career in Salesforce. Salesforce Academy is entirely remote and will be guided by dedicated mentors. You will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and earn a full/time job. ECHO will offer a full/time position to all candidates who successfully pass the Salesforce Administrator Certification Exam (paid by ECHO).  The Salesforce Academy is based on self-learning under the supervision of a mentor while using self-paced online learning platforms. Our goal is to help the candidates start learning Salesforce and prepare them for future careers at ECHO.

Duration of the program: 2 months

What is a Salesforce Administrator?

A Salesforce Admin best understands how to make the platform work for the organization’s goals. Smaller organizations might need just several hours per week of System Administration. Larger organizations might utilize an entire team to support the Salesforce platform. Salesforce Administrators collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform. To put it simply, they enable both users and the organization to get the most out of the Salesforce platform.

Salesforce Administrators are responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the organization’s Salesforce platform. Working closely with the organization’s staff, the administrator identifies, develops, and deploys new business processes. The Salesforce Administrator role is a part technical project manager, part administrator, part Salesforce analyst, and part technical support, but fully committed to the client’s mission.

 

Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities:

  • They are a vital bridge between business and technology.
  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment within an organization
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce users
  • Focus the organization’s use of data on what best serves the organization’s mission
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate
  • User training and user support

A team coordinator is a type of supervisor in charge of overseeing the processes and details of how a team reaches a goal. Team coordinators keep team members organized and focused on the project and goals at hand. The job typically consists of making sure team members do their particular tasks correctly and complete a project as planned. The team coordinator assures that the specifications of a project are met and that team members work together so their efforts are channeled toward the ultimate goal.

The team coordinator fulfills an administrative role as takes care of the administrative aspects of the team. This may include meeting with team members to gather details and mediating appointments and messages between team members, team lead, and project manager.

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Working directly with the designated development team on a daily basis.
  • Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
  • Ensuring that engineers are available when the client needs them.
  • Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the team as well as possible.
  • Organizing daily stand-up meetings to ensure efficiency and those daily goals are being met.
  • The team coordinator may also develop a supporting staff to help facilitate the various duties, maintain records and be responsible for training and development.
  • A team coordinator's purpose is to coordinate the daily affairs of the team’s logistical needs in event planning, meetings, and team communication.
  • The team coordinator’s intention is to provide support and help to the team leader's needs.
  • Make sure team members are trained and coached properly throughout the project.
  • Working with Team Lead and Project Manager to ensure engineers have the right skill set for the project.
  • Reviewing and setting the priorities.
  • Resolve issues within the team and mitigate bottlenecks.
  • Keep the utilization at a high level.
  • Produce a weekly and monthly allocation report for team members.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in coordinating people.
  • A college degree in IT, computer science, economics, management, or similar is required.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivation, able to work independently.
  • Experience in software project management.
  • Experience in Scrum and agile methodology.
  • Advanced resource planning, capacity planning, and task scheduling skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Ability to work with different client profiles and clients with different cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal English skills.
  • Experience with international teams.
  • Ability to work independently, without strong supervision, and be willing to learn.

HIRING: Front-end Developer (React/Angular)

Key Requirements (what we believe you need to be successful):

  • Expertise in React JS, HTML5, CSS3 (2+ years of experience)
  • Good understanding of asynchronous, closure, event-driven programming
  • Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
  • Familiarity with JavaScript module loaders and testing tools
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp.js

Frontend Developer in our team works on four to eight clients simultaneously addressing different products and solutions. There are two main types of development work:

  • Creating and implementing a new solution.
  • Optimizing an existing solution.

Our Developers participate in the full development process from working with clients to identifying requirements, designing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions.
